We are regulated by the Care Inspectorate (Registration SP2025000222).

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not form a contract for the delivery of care or housing support services. Care services are provided under separate written service agreements which take precedence over these Terms.

You may use the Site for:

•       Making enquiries about our services

•       Applying for employment with us

•       Accessing public information about our work

You must not:

•       Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

•       Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site

•       Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

•       Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or copy content

•       Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

•       Use the Site in any way that could damage our reputation

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, the wordmark and monogram of Two Good Friends, brand assets, the “Mother Test” concept, the “Comfort Providers” terminology, the “Delivering Care — Building Bonds” tagline, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of Tenlu Group Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom.

You may:

•       View, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference

•       Quote brief extracts with attribution to Two Good Friends

You may NOT:

•       Reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission

•       Use our branding, name, or trade marks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

•       Remove any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorised use may result in legal action under Scots and UK law.

•       Care arrangements are always confirmed in writing through a separate service agreement following assessment

7. User-submitted content

•       You confirm the information is accurate and lawfully provided

•       You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the information for the purpose stated

•       You retain ownership of your content

•       You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Availability of the Site
